Functional hybrid mold prototype

Objective. Demonstrate the physical integration of a composite mold cavity, rigid supporting frame and air-assisted release concept in a repeatable RIM workflow.

• Complete hybrid tool assembled and operated
• Multiple successful molding cycles
• Components released using the intended demolding principle
• Initial industrial feedback incorporated into the next development phase

Evidence boundary

The current prototype validates the core mechanism. It does not yet represent qualification for every geometry, material, production volume or surface specification. Those claims will be built through the industrial validation program.
